Pumpkin Latte Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened plant-based milk (almond/other)
  • 1/2 - 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup organic pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup organic coffee (cooled or warm!!)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 serving plant-based vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • optional: 1 tbsp maple syrup or 1-2 dates


Directions:

  • Blend together and enjoy!
