How We Will Work Together
Step 1: Discovery Call
What’s a Discovery Call?
The Discovery Call is a free 30 minute conversation where we get to know each other.
This is your space to:
- Share what you're currently struggling with—whether it's physical symptoms, emotional stress, or both.
- Ask any questions you have about my approach or how I work.
- Explore whether we're a good fit to work together.
There’s no pressure or obligation—just an open, honest conversation to see if the support I offer aligns with what you need.
Should you choose to work with me, I’ll provide intake forms for you to complete prior to our Initial Consultation. These help me prepare and ensure your care is personalized and thorough.

Step 2: Initial Consultation
Our first session is the Initial Consultation, held via Zoom, and lasts approximately 90 minutes. During this session, we’ll dive deep into your health history, current symptoms, lifestyle, and any previous testing or diagnoses. This is your time to be heard and seen—no rushing, no surface-level questions.
Together, we’ll look at your full health history to identify patterns, piece together your story, and begin to uncover potential root causes of your symptoms.
We’ll also create a personalized healing timeline—a clear path forward based on your priorities, readiness, and goals.
This gives us a strong foundation to understand what your body needs to heal.
After the session:
- You’ll receive a personalized plan based on the D.R.E.S.S.® Protocol so you can start healing right away.
- Based on your unique needs and budget, we’ll determine if any functional labs are necessary to guide your next steps.
Step 3: Follow-up Sessions
Follow-Up: Results & Recommendations (R&R) Session
About 4–6 weeks after your Initial Consultation, we’ll meet for your R&R Session to review your lab results in detail.
Following each session, you’ll receive a
new, personalized D.R.E.S.S.® Protocol that builds on your progress and continues to support your healing journey.
Ongoing Sessions
Most clients meet monthly for continued support and plan updates. If you feel you need more frequent help beyond email check-ins, I offer health coaching sessions in between your main functional sessions. These are available at a reduced rate and focus on helping you implement your plan with confidence and clarity. I also collaborate with trusted coaches for added support, if needed.

Functional Lab Testing
Functional lab testing helps evaluate how well your body is (or isn't) functioning on a spectrum of health rather than just diagnosing a disease. Imbalances, pathogens, sensitivities, and toxicity are just a few of the clues we can uncover using functional labs to help reveal healing opportunities.
